The files circulated among a limited number of individuals before spreading widely on September 18, 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The leaked archive contains source code, development assets, internal tools, debug builds, and menus from multiple platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canceled Liberty City DLC featured a larger map<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The biggest discovery is the canceled\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #ffb600;\"><b>Liberty City expansion for GTA 5<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
