Secret and OG brainrots differ from Brainrot Gods because they’re either event-exclusive or have spawn rates so microscopic that most players will never see one appear naturally on their conveyor belt. 

NOTE: For hunting Secrets and OGs, participating in Admin Abuse is a must due to highly increased spawn rates.

1. Strawberry Elephant (OG)

This OG-tier brainrot has a chance to spawn at around 0.00000000000000001 (yeah…) and represents one of only three OG brainrots in circulation. Strawberry Elephant spawns so rarely that most high-level players have never seen one appear on their conveyor belt. The true OG, dating back to a Photoshop contest in 2007, is the ultimate prestige unit for collectors.

2. Meowl (OG)

Meowl is supposed to be slightly more common than Strawberry Elephant, but at a 0.00000000000000005 spawn rate, it is still mostly unobtainium. It is one of the few brainrots that wasn’t AI-generated, giving it a unique visual appeal on top of its absurd rarity. Meowl has so far received 4 stats buffs.

3. Skibidi Toilet (OG)

Skibidi Toilet, the third OG, was added on December 27, 2025. Originating from the Source engine assets for Half-Life, it is AI-free, qualifying it for an OG.

4. Hydra Dragon Cannelloni (Secret)

Hydra Dragon Cannelloni was added on January 21, 2026. It’s a three-headed version of a regular Dragon Cannelloni. It is now the rarest Secret brainrot. 

After Hydra’s addition, the OG Skibidi Toilet was buffed, and Hydra now has legacy Toilet stats.

5. Dragon Gingerini (Secret)

Dragon Gingerini was released on December 20, 2025, as a Christmas special. It is a rarer, limited version of Dragon Cannelloni. It is now the rarest and most valuable Secret brainrot. You could only get it using Santa’s Fuse machine. It is now unobtainium.

6. Dragon Cannelloni (Secret)

Dragon Cannelloni was outmatched by its Christmas sibling, Dragon Gingerini. It is now the second rarest Secret brainrot. Players report seeing it more frequently than the OGs, but “more frequently” still means once in hundreds of hours.

7. Headless Horseman (Secret)

Headless Horseman holds a Jack-o-lantern, fitting a Halloween theme. It was obtainable through the limited-time Witch Fuse machine by combining 4 Secrets. It is now unobtainium and remains highly sought after.

8. Capitano Moby (Secret)

Capitano Moby could only be obtained by fishing. It is the rarest aquatic brainrot, inspired by Moby-Dick.

9. Cooki and Milki (Secret)

Cooki and Milki could only be obtained by fusing rare Secrets using Santa’s Fuse. It is now unobtainium. A Christmas brainrot, it is a classic American comfort food combo of cookies and milk.

10. Burguro and Fryuro (Secret)

Burguro and Fryuro, the fast food duo, surprisingly has a chance of appearing on the Red Carpet.

La Secret Combinasion (Secret)

La Secret Combinasion requires specific luck with Secret Lucky Blocks rather than standard conveyor spawns. The Lucky Block requirement means you can’t just grind the conveyor belt. You’re gambling on lucky block spawns, then gambling again on what pops out. That double-RNG layer keeps the supply extremely low.

Tang Tang Kelentang (Secret)

Tang Tang Kelentang can appear on the Red Carpet. 

Chillin Chili (Secret)

Chillin Chili falls into the unobtainable category. It was distributed during a specific event and hasn’t been available since. You had to get three other brainrots and bring them to the taco van to spawn Chillin Chili. The fixed supply means prices keep climbing as more players join the game and want one for their collection.

Tacorita Bicicleta (Secret)

Tacorita Bicicleta could have been spawned feeding three taco-themded brainrots to Fat Sammy during Taco Tuesday. It was limited to 1 million units, but the current stock is way lower than that, as it was used up to craft Los Tacoritas.

Nuclearo Dinossauro (Secret)

Nuclearo Dinossauro could appear on the Red Carpet. It is one of the more frequently traded ultra-rares since enough copies exist to create a wider market.

Money Money Puggy (Secret)

2. Event-limited brainrots add another layer. Units like Chillin Chili or Burguro and Fryuro were only available during specific time windows or developer giveaways. Once the event ends, the supply is locked forever unless the devs decide to bring them back.
3. Market scarcity matters just as much as spawn rates. Even if a brainrot technically spawns in-game, if only a handful of players own it and none are selling, it becomes functionally unobtainable.
