Harvester is an Ancient crossbow-style gun currently valued at approximately 245–250 value points on major MM2 community value lists. It can no longer be earned from an event, so you must get it through trading (item exchange) or buy it from another player for $6 – $15, according to the current trading market prices.

What is Harvester in MM2?

Harvester is a limited Ancient gun in Roblox Murder Mystery 2. Despite looking like a crossbow, MM2 categorizes it as a gun. It was released during the 2021 Halloween Event, which ran from October 23 to November 25. As a result, the standard Harvester is now trade-only.

Harvester was MM2’s first Ancient gun with a unique emerald projectile and a distinctive firing sound. It was also the first MM2 gun designed to resemble a crossbow.

How Harvester was originally obtained

Harvester was the final premium reward of MM2’s 2021 Halloween Main Event. The event had 30 progression tiers:

• Tier 1 was free.
• Tiers 2–30 each cost 600 Candies.
• After completing the final tier, you could purchase Harvester for another 80,000 Candies.

Unlocking tiers 2–30 cost 17,400 Candies, bringing the full cost of reaching and purchasing Harvester to 97,400 Candies. Buying this amount of event currency cost approximately 6,000 Robux, or around $75 at the time.

A common misconception is that Harvester was simply the free Tier 30 reward. More precisely, completing Tier 30 unlocked the ability to buy it for the additional 80,000 Candies.

The original Harvester unlock flow:

1. Participate in the Halloween Event 2021.
2. Progress through the 30-tier Main Event.
3. Spend 600 Candies on each of tiers 2–30.
4. Unlock the final tier.
5. Purchase Harvester for another 80,000 Candies.

Does Harvester give a gameplay advantage?

Harvester is a collectible weapon skin, not a stat upgrade. Its crossbow model, green projectile line, and firing sound change its appearance, but it does not grant increased damage, faster reloads, or additional shots.

Its value comes from its appearance, Ancient classification, event history, community sentiment, and trading demand rather than superior combat statistics.

How rare is Harvester in MM2?

Harvester is limited and unobtainable through normal gameplay, but community lists do not currently classify the standard version as exceptionally rare. You can find plenty of trading offers.

Four special leaderboard Harvester variants were created alongside the standard green Harvester. These are unique trophy weapons rather than ordinary Ancient weapons. These variants aren’t tradeable.
