1. George’s Gear Shop 

The stock at George’s Gear Shop refreshes every five minutes. Common equipment is easy to find, while Super gear can take numerous restocks to appear, even when you already have enough Sheckles to buy it. Alternatively, you can restock for 39 Robux, but this does not guarantee that any item will be in stock.

The price is in Sheckles per one gear item when purchasing from the shop.

2. GaG2 gear in the store

Four more Grow a Garden 2 gear items are available in the game’s store for Robux: vine wrapper, freeze ray, power hose, and rainbow carpet. Instead of helping crops grow, they are mainly focused on movement, attacking other players, and protecting your garden.

Unlike some Gear Shop items, these tools are always available and stay in your inventory permanently.

The power hose is the cheapest option and can push thieves away from your garden. The rainbow carpet is the most versatile, as flying makes it easier to collect items, raid gardens, and chase intruders.

Common gear 

Common gear in Grow a Garden 2 includes 3 items and covers basic gardening and customization tools.

For example, the watering can and sprinkler help new gardens grow faster at little cost, while the sign displays warnings, jokes, or other custom messages. The Common sprinkler automatically covers nearby plants, and the watering can requires manual activation. 

In addition, they work well early on and are easy to replace, but their farming benefits quickly fall behind.

Uncommon gear

Uncommon Grow a Garden 2 gear currently has one item: the Uncommon sprinkler. It covers a 25-stud area for two minutes, doubles plant growth, and adds +21 size luck to every crop within range. For instance, the Rare sprinkler is the best farming upgrade at this rarity, as it lasts two minutes and covers a 30-stud radius. The megaphone is a permanent novelty item that plays Roblox sound IDs across the server.

The trowel helps fix poor crop placement, while jump and speed mushrooms give temporary movement boosts. The mushrooms are most useful for stealing or for quickly returning to defend your garden.

Epic gear

All 5 Epic-rarity Grow a Garden 2 gear items are mainly used for defense, player effects, and moving crops. 

The gnome protects your garden and takes Sheckles from players who come too close. Because of this, the gnome is the most useful item here, protecting your garden for 10 minutes while you explore or steal from another player. Whilst the flashbang briefly stops nearby players.

The basic pot, in contrast, lets you move valuable mutated crops without permanently removing them. Meanwhile, the two mushrooms temporarily change your character’s size.

Legendary gear

The 3 Grow a Garden 2 gear items in the Legendary rarity category include better farming and stealing tools.

The Legendary sprinkler lasts for two minutes and covers a 40-stud radius. The magnet pulls nearby players toward you for 10 seconds, interrupting their movement, and the strawberry sniper shots knock players backward. Moreover, the shots can be fired again after a 3-second cooldown.

In addition, both items are permanent tools, so they stay in your inventory after use. They are most useful for defending your garden and stopping thieves from escaping, but neither one improves crop growth or value.

Super gear 

Super rarity Grow a Garden 2 gear focuses on farming and includes a Super watering can and a Super sprinkler. They work best on high-value crops, helping you make money in GaG2 and cover their high cost.

First, the watering can affects an 8-stud area, prevents fruit decay, and gives crops a 15-second growth boost. Meanwhile, the sprinkler covers 55 studs for two minutes, boosts growth by x5, and adds +100 size luck.

As a result, the sprinkler is the most valuable, as it offers the best possible size luck, although its 1.2% stock chance makes it difficult to obtain. Therefore, keep enough Sheckles ready to buy it as soon as it appears.

How to get gear in Grow a Garden 2?

The Gear Shop is the main source of equipment, but you don’t have to rely entirely on its rotating stock.

1. Buy gear from George. The Gear Shop is located in the central marketplace. Open the shop by speaking to George, explore the list of available items, and purchase any of them with Sheckles.
2. Use the Robux store. Vine wrapper, freeze ray, power hose, and rainbow carpet gear items are sold separately in the game’s store and don’t depend on George’s stock.
3. Check active codes. Some codes can simply grant you free items, such as GaG2 seeds. Check current rewards before spending Sheckles or Robux on basic equipment.

Once any gear is purchased, it becomes accessible from the player’s backpack.
