How to get mutations in Steal an Egg
There are several ways to obtain mutated pets in Steal an Egg:
- Hatch mutated eggs
- Fuse pets with mutations
- Participate in Admin Abuse events
- Use the Sakura Incubator
1. Hatch Eggs for Regular Mutations
Regular mutations, including Silver, Golden, and Rainbow, can appear when a pet hatches. If an egg has a different appearance, such as a rainbow/golden hue, it can indicate that the pet will hatch with a guaranteed mutation.

2. Fuse pets with the same mutation
If you have three pets with the same mutation, you can fuse them together. The resulting pet keeps the mutation and has a chance to become larger after hatching. Since mutations and pet weight are separate factors, the increased size can further increase its Money/s.
3. Participate in Admin Abuse
Silver, Golden, and Rainbow mutations can also be obtained during Admin Abuse events on Saturdays. These events can provide additional opportunities to get mutated eggs outside of regular hatching.
4. Use the Sakura Incubator for Bloom and Spirit Bloom
The Incubator is used to obtain the two Sakura-themed mutations:
- Bloom – 1.5x multiplier
- Spirit Bloom – 3x multiplier
Unlike regular mutations, which have a chance to appear naturally when a pet hatches, these mutations are obtained by placing an egg in the Sakura Incubator.
NOTE: You can place an egg with any regular mutation into the Sakura Incubator and get that mutation alongside Bloom or Spirit Bloom.
How to unlock the Sakura Incubator
To unlock the Sakura Incubator, you first need to obtain a specific pet and use it to activate the machine:
- Get a Crane – Obtain the Epic Crane from an egg in the Cherry Blossom Zone.
- Bring the Crane to the Incubator – Place the Crane into the Sakura Incubator to unlock it.
- Unlock the Incubator permanently – The Crane is consumed during the process, but the Sakura Incubator remains permanently unlocked afterward.

How to get Sakura Crystals
- Sakura Crystals come from Crystal Cherry Blossom Trees during the Great Bloom event.
- The event occurs every 30 minutes and lasts for about three minutes.
- Once you have enough Sakura Crystals, you can use them to charge the Sakura Incubator before placing an egg inside for mutation.
